Construction Safety Week: Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility

As a leader in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, UES is committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, clients, and the public. This week, our branches across the nation are celebrating Construction Safety Week, a time when our industry focuses on the importance of safety, but also the importance of creating a culture that empowers every person on the job site to recognize and act on any potential risk.

Construction Safety Week provides an opportunity for UES to reinforce our commitment to safety and to educate our employees. During this week, UES branches have held training sessions, simulations, and safety awareness events to promote a culture of safety throughout our company.

We understand that safety is not just about following rules and regulations, it’s about cultivating a safe work environment where everyone feels empowered to identify and report potential hazards. We encourage our employees to speak up if they notice any unsafe conditions or practices, and we provide them with the necessary training and resources to do so.
